And now, about those Backerkit surveys...
For the folks that did manage to back our Kickstarter campaign: we've got some great news. We've officially sent out the surveys to collect your color preferences and shipping addresses! They should be in your inbox from a service called Backerkit. Don't ignore that survey...it's the good kind of survey! If you don't fill it out, we won't know what to send or where to send it. And if you take care of it soon, that really helps us out, since we're currently planning out our manufacturing and fulfillment operations. So please fill them out as soon as they hit your inbox! The email should look like the below, and please continue reading if you have some questions (and for any other questions, you can always just send us an email).
You can also use the survey to add additional Rumble Go items (both filters and bottles) at a backers-only discount. Just in case you didn't get your fill while the campaign was live!
And here are a few more tips directly from the folks at Backerkit. These could be helpful after you've received your survey:
- After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. We will keep you updated regarding all of these dates.
- If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://rumble-go-portable-cold-brew-coffee-maker.backerkit.com.
- If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://rumble-go-portable-cold-brew-coffee-maker.backerkit.com/faq.
