Shipping & Returns

U.S. shipping details

  • $3 flat-rate shipping for all US orders. It's basically $3 for the first item in your cart, and then any additional items ship for free.
  • USPS shipping typically takes 1-3 business days to be delivered (from the shipment date), but can sometimes take up to 4 business days for a few select locations.
  • We aim to ship out orders every business day so most packages are shipped out within one business day of when the order is placed. Covid update (May 28): we're seeing very minor delays here and there, with the majority of our domestic packages shipping out on-time, and the remainder mostly shipping out 1 business day behind schedule.

International shipping details

  • Covid-19 update: International flights have been largely shut down out of the US, so our international packages were many weeks delayed. As a result, we've had to shut down our international shipping to EU, Australia and NZ (but we are still shipping to Canada). Sorry about that! Hope to have it up and running again soon. 
  • Shipping is via USPS International First Class. Our guideline is to expect 6-10 business days, but quite often it's quicker than that, and sometimes it's a fair bit longer. Sorry, blame it on customs!
  • Shipping starts at $5 to Canada and $9 to Australia/NZ/Europe.
  • Please note: buyers are responsible for any additional fees and taxes charged by customs in your country, as well as for ensuring the imported product complies with your local laws. For more details on those costs and procedures, please contact your local customs authority.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we will also need a receipt, proof of purchase or your order number. Unfortunately we're unable to refund any shipping costs.

Also, if you received a defective product from us, we'll happily replace it with a working version.
